An uploaded declarations page does not automatically transfer or modify coverage.

Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or detailed medical records through website comments, ordinary email, or text. Contact our team to discuss an appropriate way to provide sensitive information if it is needed.

5. Claims and time-sensitive requests

The quote form is not a claims-reporting service or an emergency channel. Report claims using the insurer’s designated claims process and follow the reporting deadlines and duties in your policy. For an emergency, contact emergency services. Call our team for time-sensitive coverage questions; do not rely solely on a website message or assume that a request has been processed.

6. Privacy and optional messaging

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to recurring marketing messages and is not consent to a messaging subscription.

Optional text subscriptions are collected separately on our Hearsay Social opt-in page. Review the disclosures there before subscribing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Subscription consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
